MMResearch ™ consists of a team of talented in-house staff, complemented by a network of independent marketing and community research specialists, who work together as a team.

Theo has gathered together a group of researchers with diverse (complementary) skills and experiences. This stimulates a creative work environment and helps us to provide innovative research solutions for our clients.

Theo Muller

Theo is Managing Director of MMResearch ™. Theo first qualified in commercial law in the Netherlands and gained further qualifications in marketing in New Zealand. He pursued a career in marketing with Lever Rexona and the New Zealand Dairy Board (Fonterra), founding MMResearch ™ in 1993.

Theo has a passion for relationship marketing and services marketing research. He works with many reputable clients in these fields to directly benefit their market position. He has authored several articles on these topics, earning him a reputation for being innovative in his philosophies on marketing and market research. Theo is also an experienced and skilled moderator and group facilitator.

Audrey Ng

Audrey is a Senior Research Executive with MMResearch ™. Originally from Malaysia, Audrey has completed her research based Master's degree in Marketing at Victoria University of Wellington in 2003. Prior to joining MMResearch ™, Audrey worked as a researcher at Victoria University.

Audrey is highly skilled in the areas of survey design, data collection and analysis. She has worked on major quantitative surveys (postal, CATI and online) for clients in the private and public sector and she has a thorough knowledge of quantitative research methodologies and processes.

Greg Walton

Greg is Senior Project Manager with MMResearch ™. He has strong strategic and tactical marketing experience and skills and knowledge in building firm competitiveness. Greg comes to the company with a background in private sector marketing, international marketing and more recently, academia, where his passion was developing 'manager friendly' pathways to firm internationalisation (beyond exporting). He has a BA in International Politics and International Relations and an MBA.

Wendy Dinsdale

Wendy has a strong interest in human behaviour and a desire to apply her research skills developed over five years at university. At MMResearch ™, Wendy will join the "quant" team and work closely with Audrey and Greg. Wendy will also resume responsibility for the quarterly oMMnibus™. oMMnibus™ is a powerful research tool that uses proven methodologies to provide quick and relatively inexpensive responses to questions about markets, products and national opinion.

Dr Alice Cleland

Alice is a Research Advisor with MMResearch ™. She has several years’ experience in market and social research in New Zealand. Prior to joining MMResearch ™, she was a senior researcher with one of Wellington’s largest market/social research companies.

Alice has a PhD in Psychology from the University of Waikato and has a solid 9-year background in research. She is familiar with all facets of the research process from the conceptualisation, implementation, to the delivery of projects. Alice is also recognized as one of New Zealand’s specialist researchers on the Asian population.

Bryan Parkin

Bryan completed his secondary education in England at General Certificate of Education (GCE) at ‘O’ level and the Royal Society of Arts in Mathematics, English, Geography, British Constitution, Shorthand and Typewriting.

Before joining MMResearch ™ in early 2007 as Senior Qualitative Interviewer, Bryan was Quality Assurance Manager for a major market research company in Wellington, a function he successfully carried out for six years. Bryan was also in charge of interviewer training and up-skilling in accordance with external Interview Quality Standards (IQS).

Bryan is an experienced qualitative interviewer, both face-to-face and telephone, and has specialised in interviewing senior executives of organisations in the private and public sectors.

Reiner Wolf

Reiner is Operations Director at TELElink. TELElink conducts all MMResearch ™ telephone interviews using CATI . Reiner has a degree in computer science and a strong background in software development, systems integration and project management.

Prior to joining TELElink in 1999, Reiner worked for a publishing company managing the Electronic Publishing Department, focusing on online multimedia products using advanced and innovative technologies.

The relationship with MMResearch ™ goes back many years and Reiner has worked on several major quantitative research projects such as tracking surveys, satisfaction surveys and one-off surveys.

Leanne Goff

Leanne is a Director and Wellington Centre Manager of TeleLink in Wellington. She has managed the CATI process of a large number of surveys over the five years she has been with TeleLink, ranging from tracking surveys, stakeholder satisfaction surveys and brand awareness surveys. Leanne works closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors and is in charge of the quality control and interviewer training for the CATI process.
