MMResearch ™ consists of a team of talented in-house staff, complemented by a network of independent marketing and community research specialists, who work together as a team.

Theo has gathered together a group of researchers with diverse (complementary) skills and experiences. This stimulates a creative work environment and helps us to provide innovative research solutions for our clients.

Theo Muller

Theo is Managing Director of MMResearch ™. Theo first qualified in commercial law in the Netherlands and gained further qualifications in marketing in New Zealand. He pursued a career in marketing with Lever Rexona and the New Zealand Dairy Board (Fonterra), founding MMResearch ™ in 1993.

Theo has a passion for relationship marketing and services marketing research. He works with many reputable clients in these fields to directly benefit their market position. He has authored several articles on these topics, earning him a reputation for being innovative in his philosophies on marketing and market research. Theo is also an experienced and skilled moderator and group facilitator.

Sarah Major

Sarah joined MMResearch ™ March 2010 as Senior Researcher, responsible for project design, implementation and analysis. Sarah will also liaise with clients on project management.

Sarah has a BA (Hons) from Victoria University. She majored in Anthropology and English. Before re-joining the work force and after a period of raising a young family with her husband, Sarah worked as market research executive and quantitative project manager, for an international market research firm in Wellington.

This role required her to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including research strategy development, questionnaire design, data analysis, report writing and customer liaison. Sarah has worked both in the public and private sectors, including tourism, immigration services, science and research and FMCGs.

Reiner Wolf

Reiner joined Telelink as a shareholding director in 1999 and took up the position of Managing Director in 2006. Telelink conducts all MMResearch ™ telephone interviews using CATI.

Before joining Telelink, Reiner was CIO of a legal publishing company where he managed the electronic production and development departments. His degree in computer science combined with a strong background in software development, systems integration and project management has provided Telelink with a distinct advantage in successfully implementing many challenging projects.

The relationship with MMResearch ™ goes back many years and Reiner has had direct involvement in several major quantitative research projects.

Juanita Helg

After graduating with an International MBA in 2002, Juanita gained valuable experience in senior management roles in the education sector (PTE) with an emphasis on Operations and Quality Management.

Juanita has worked with Telelink since 2006. She holds a Call Centre Managers Certificate from the Direct Marketing Association and is a NS Master Practitioner. Her role as General Manager oversees operations in both the Wellington and Auckland contact centres. Juanita is passionate about coaching people to their highest potential and sees this as a key driver to increasing quality services crucial to every aspect of market research.
